[Regarding the implementation of Millenium for the Fekkai Salons]

"The entire Harms team supported end to end the implementation of the remaining sites and we were able to convert all locations with no major issues. On Jan 24th we converted our last salon, our flagship location (biggest and most complex) and it was a complete success.

I would like to recognize the exceptional work that the entire Harms team has done throughout the project...and the team that supported the data conversions from our legacy system. This group was extremely professional, very knowledgeable in the tool, flexible to Fekkai's requests, and demonstrated great sense of urgency when trying to resolve any issues that we had.

It has been a great conversion process and now all the locations are starting to leverage the different capabilities that the tool offers....After we launched all the salons, we have received the same level of outstanding support from all of the resources at Harms. Every time we call with a question or send a message asking how/why things happen the response time has been excellent and we have been able to turnaround quickly to the business with concrete answers.
