Our Central Office software is a state-of-the-art multi-location management system and data repository. Central Office's web-based interface uses a Microsoft SQL Server database to store replicated data from each location so you can transfer data between locations seamlessly.
Yes. Millennium is built to work off the Windows Operating System, however, we have many clients that run Millennium on a Mac. There are several different settings depending on your setup that will allow you to fully function on a Mac. Some of these include running Boot Camp or Parallels Desktop. If you are running on a Mac, you can check with your rep to see what the best solution is for your specific setup.
Yes. Even though Millennium is built to work off the Windows Operating System there are several solutions to running it from your iPad. The best solution includes running Jump Desktop, 2X Client, or any RDP app. Please make sure you check with your rep to see what the best solution is for your specific setup.
No, we are client based but we can be used much like a web based solution. There are many reasons why we choose to remain client based - some of those reasons include security, speed, and control. If your data were web based, your stylists would be able to log in from home and access your client information, which could be detrimental to your business. Millennium allows you to OWN your data at your location optimizing speed and providing full control.
